This option is for passive homeowner boards that do not want to manage an association. With this service, associations transfer the board’s daily administrative duties to an outside organization (our company) while the board maintains its executive direction of the community.

Financial Services

Our financial services encompass budget preparation, assessment collection, accounts payable management, financial record-keeping, and financial reporting. We adhere to recognized procedures and best practices and provide transparent and accurate financial information to support informed decision-making and financial stability within the association.

Property Maintenance

Our experienced team oversees all aspects of property maintenance, including regular inspections, maintenance scheduling, emergency response, and vendor management. We ensure that common areas are well-maintained, repairs are promptly addressed, and replacements are carried out efficiently, enhancing your community’s overall aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Administrative Services

We provide comprehensive administrative support to HOAs, including record maintenance, meeting organization, employee and contractor management, and policy guidance. General Support

This option is for active homeowner associations that want to continue managing the day-to-day but not their financial duties. It transfers the board’s financial duties to an outside organization (our company) while the board continues it’s other remaining tasks for the community.

Remote Management

Who is this option for?

A budget-friendly option for communities with highly involved Board members that still benefit from a management company handling homeowner communications.

The services for this option include:

Administrative Services

A remote management team will handle all communications with the Board, as well as planning, operations, and project completion.

Innovative Management will not perform site inspections but will send violation letters upon the Board’s request or in response to Complaint Forms when proceeding under the Governing Documents.

Innovative Management will handle your Architectural Requests paperwork, the Governing Documents review, and relay them to the Board for final approval.

Attendance at Board or Annual Meetings will levy an additional Schedule A charge to the Association.

Vendor bidding will only be offered through our partnered vendors. Additional bidding research can be done by the Board if needed.
