As CFO, I oversee all accounting and financial decisions which include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, bank reconciliations, bank transfers, budgets, collections, new association initiation, and preparation of financial documents.
As Accounting Specialist, I focus on vendor payments, customer account inquiries, and collections.
As a Community Administrator, I am involved in managing the day to day operations of numerous associations. I facilitate board meetings and annual owners meetings, and communicate with Owners, Developers, and Vendors on a regular basis.
