In addition, Bob has served as President and Trustee of a homeowner association giving him a strong understanding of "both sides" of the management partnership. Before joining the firm Bob worked for five years as a General Contractor specializing residential construction where he developed a thorough understanding of building systems, construction and renovation. He also worked as a website developer where he aquired an appreciation for the power of the internet as a marketing/communication tool.
