Our role is to assist you! We work closely with Association Boards to determine how best to meet their needs. We prepare a detailed information packet for each Board member prior to each meeting. By making sure that principals are properly prepared we can assure that the business at hand is addressed in a timely fashion.

We handle all the organizing, preparing and issuing notice of the Annual Homeowners Meeting and any Special Meetings, in accordance with Declaration / Bylaws. We prepare appropriate notices, proxy forms, agendas and other related forms as required for such meeting. And we take specific communication steps designed to achieve the mandated quorum to ensure meeting validity.
