As president and chief executive officer of Innovative Management, Theron provides the direction and vision that has placed Innovative at the forefront of the industry. With eleven years of property management experience, Theron provides leadership and guidance to the teams that provide the day-to-day management services to Innovative’s client communities.

Before forming Innovative, Theron was a Community Manager for AAI, one of Cincinnati’s largest property management companies.  Prior to this, Theron served for four years in the United States Armed Services in Search and Rescue.   

Theron holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati School of Business.
